The Ace-Tones (version 2)

The Ace-tones' 4th demo tape featured another, earlier version of the song than the one on the Teen Trash album. Recorded December 19/20/22, 1992 at Holland Spoor Studios, The Hague by a slightly different line-up than the one above with lead singer Ace on drums. I got this tape from their organist Eric Danno. Thanks Eric! Eric also runs the great Dead Moon Originals website where you can find out who recorded the original versions of all the songs Fred Cole and co. covered. But that's not all Eric Danno did for me, read on and find out. The Ace-Tones line-up on this tape were Ace (lead vocal/drums/tambourine) - El Scampo (Silvertone guitar and fuzz/vocal) - Eric Danno (Vox organ/Vox guitar/blues harp/vocals) - Miss Jean (Vox bass guitar). Produced by Rob Rehorst/The Ace-Tones.
