The best version ever, this is the epitome of cool! The unsurpassable
masterwork that all the others are compared to, including the original. The
MC5 pre Elektra singles are 2 of the best 45's ever. In the second verse
Rob Tyner forgets the words, mumbles something incomprehensible and then
sings 'I got the words all wrong'. The coolest screw up I ever heard! First
issued with an orange label in March 1967, reissued early 1969 with a black
label. The guys responsible: Rob Tyner (vocals) - Wayne Kramer (guitar) -
Fred 'Sonic' Smith (guitar) - Michael Davis (bass) - Dennis Thompson
(drums).
