The Needs
|
Recorded October 1991. A little too rock (read: polished) for my taste, but it's not all that bad. I've read some pretty good reviews of this CD but they still can't convince me. My advice: dump the rock attitude and try again! And, why does it have to be so goddamn long? Line-up: Dey (vocals) - Vince Shambles (rhythm guitar) - Patrick L. Baccara (lead & rhythm guitar/backing vocals) - Rebel Truce (bass) - Hank Costa (drums/cymbals/maraccas/tambourine). Produced by Lucas Trouble and The Needs. Lucas Trouble is the Vietnam Veterans' organist, who also recorded a cover version of 'I Can Only Give You Everything'. Let me assure you
that the Vets' version is a 1,000 times better!
