This rare version is unusual in more than one way. You've heard French, Italian and Finnish translations of 'I Can Only Give You Everything' before but this is the first one sung in German. This EP really swings! Sounds like Booker T And The MG's stuck in the garage or something like that. Swirling Booker T organ riffs, choppy Steve Cropper guitar licks and wild Markeys' horns make this one a winner. And the fact that they translated 'I Can Only Give You Everything' in German, of course! Credited to (Weißenborn/Weißenborn). Rundfunktanzorchester Kassel was a 12 piece band, formed to aid the local free radio, Freies Radio Kassel. Indeed most musicians of this 'all-star-project' deserved their credits in other bands. Guitar player Speedfinger was formerly in the Dog Food Five and now plays guitar in King Khan And His Sensational Shrines. Bass player is now also in King Khan And His Fabulous Shrines. Two members of the brass section are now in Galexico, one of them is the singer/guitar player for The Montesas and one of the trumpet players used to be the guitarist in The Bates!
